The Service Contract includes an on-site preventive maintenance program for equipment and devices supplied by SOLOTECH. The program’s goal is to ensure the optimal performance of each system through regularly scheduled preventive maintenance which includes firmware updates and hardware adjustments by our certified staff.
The preventive maintenance program is a solid investment as it ensures peace of mind by optimizing the life cycle of each device and of the entire system.
Additionally, the preventive maintenance program allows our clients to obtain a report on the condition of the equipment, to identify the critical components that require special attention and to determine the required maintenance schedule.
