What does the basic fee include if I want a service call?

Basic fees include administration, transportation, and 2 hours of labor.

If two technicians are required for a service call, what fees will apply?

The usual basic fee for a first technician, plus two hours of labor for a second technician.

If my equipment can’t be repaired, will I be reimbursed for the cost of the estimate?

Estimation fees are neither refundable nor transferable on a purchase.

How do you define technical support over the phone for which I will be billed?

If you agree to have one of our technicians contact you to help diagnose your problem remotely, you must first accept the charge for one hour of labor at the hourly rate. This fee is non-refundable. Payment by credit card may be required prior to service, if you do not have paymeant terms with Solotech.
