High resolution LED screen of 36’ high by 72’ wide

A world-class screen for an internationally televised event

As shown in the images broadcast by CBS, it was a spectacular show at every level. In the background, the giant high-resolution LED screen (12 m high by 24 m wide) supporting the video content was particularly impressive with its outstanding resolution and color accuracy.

Richard Lachance, Vice-President of Touring at Solotech, can attest to the event producer’s enthusiastic appreciation: “When, at the end of the event, the client says with a big smile ‘See you next year!’, we know that it means: mission accomplished!”

Logistical challenges that Solotech met head on

For the seventh consecutive year, Solotech’s expertise enabled the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show to dazzle the public! An annual international event, the prestigious fashion show was held for the first time ever in London, one of the top fashion capitals in the world. With the scale of production requiring tons of rigging, audio and video equipment, Solotech’s customs and logistics department coordinated the transportation of multiple containers and made sure everything was delivered to the Earls Court Exhibition Centre on time.

Fourteen Solotech technicians mobilized on site to handle the installation and calibration of all the equipment, making sure the 2014 edition of this grand production lived up to expectations. The result was nothing short of fabulous!
