What is the currency of the prices displayed on the site? 

All prices appearing on the Online Store are quoted either in Canadian dollars or US dollars, depending on the language and territory selected in the top right menu of the Solotech Online Store.  

All displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping and duty fees.  

Note that prices for used equipment labeled Request a quote or “Enquire now” are subject to change, based on the condition of the specific item that will be selected. Your Solotech representative will find the best option for you, based on your needs and our available equipment. Please contact Customer Service for more details. 

What are the forms of payment accepted? 

Solotech Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, and JBC for online transactions.  

Additional methods of payment are available for orders completed through our Customer Service via phone or email.

How do I know if my order is confirmed? 

Once you have placed your order on the Solotech Online Store, you will receive a confirmation email and a notification in your User account which will include your order number.  

This first email confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but a notice of acknowledgement. The official confirmation of your order comes when we send an email confirmation to you that we have shipped the order.

Where can I find my order number?
For orders completed online: Your order number can be found on both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you’ve created an account on the Solotech Online Store, you can also find it in your order history.  

For orders completed through our Customer Service via phone or email: Your Solotech representative will provide you with your order number upon request.
