The Videotron Centre is a multipurpose arena located in Quebec City, with a capacity of 18,000. It was designed to host a wide range of sporting, family and large-scale entertainment events. It offers a high-tech audiovisual experience that engages audiences and creates a unique atmosphere.
Solotech was hired to carry out a variety of projects: projection mapping on ice, secondary digital display screens and stage lighting.
Solotech also supplied and installed the main sound system, comprising clusters of JBL PD6200/43 loudspeakers, various amplifiers and microphones, an audio processing system and sound installations for the press room. The latter consisted of 96 loudspeakers, 32 amplifiers and a mixing console.
