The Just for Laughs Festival is one of the largest English/French comedy festivals in the world. It has been taking place every year in Montreal, Quebec since 1983. The event presents a diverse program, including outdoor and indoor comedy shows, parades, street entertainment and comedy film screenings.

For several years, Solotech has been supplying production equipment and qualified staff to the Just for Laughs Festival. Audio, lighting, video, rigging… the equipment and solutions may vary from year to year, depending on the program and site requirements, but Solotech’s main goal remains the same. We aim to ensure the best quality audiovisual installations, so the comics and actors can express their art, despite the logistics of an outdoor festival setting.
