The Living Arts Centre is a non-profit organization located in downtown Mississauga. It welcomes more than 400,000 visitors annually in its diverse facilities, which include an atrium, craft studios, performance halls and a restaurant.
In 2015, the establishment wanted to modernize the sound system of Hammerson Hall, one of the performance venues, which has a seating capacity of 1,300. A wide variety of events is staged there, from simple microphone conferences to concerts featuring dozens of singers and musicians.
Solotech was contracted to design, program, install, configure and calibrate the entire sound system. It was designed to accommodate a wide range of configurations, adjustable to the type of event being held at Hammerson Hall.
