Montreal, September 12, 2019 – Mickey Curbishley, President, Live Productions Division, USA at Solotech is pleased to announce the appointment of Holger Schader as Senior Consultant, Concert Touring and Special Events, for the Division’s European operations. Reporting directly to Curbishley, Schader is responsible for providing expert market advice and developing new business opportunities for Solotech in Europe.
Based in Germany, Schader will actively support Solotech’s commercial activities in the Music, Touring and Special Events market segments by continuing to maintain his trusted relationships with his established list of clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. He will also work in close collaboration with Didier Streel, vice-president of business development for the Division’s European operations, and UK-based John Penn, Managing Director at SSE Audio Group, acquired last year by Solotech, as well as play a key role in strengthening the company’s growth objectives and strategies in Europe.
With over 30 years’ experience as the owner of Entertainment Support Network and Head of Audio, Project Management at Sirius Showequipment AG, Schader has earned a strong reputation in the audiovisual and entertainment technology industry.
