PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Job Summary :

The successful candidate will develop sustainable and efficient supply strategies, to meet the organization’s objectives in terms of cost reduction, inventory reduction, service improvement and reduction of supply-related risks. In addition, they will supervise and develop a team of buyers.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and implement effective procurement management strategies, including cost analysis, appropriate benchmarking and monitoring of performance indicators in collaboration with the Live Productions and Sales and Integrations division team.
• Define the orientation as well as the best negotiation strategies within its commodities to respond as adequately as possible to the needs of customers and with the aim of generating cost reductions.
• Develop strategic sourcing with both divisions to analyze, plan future needs and select preferred suppliers.
• Renew and implement lasting strategic partnership agreements and set procurement objectives in terms of quality, costs and delivery times.
• Lead the operation of the processes for requisitioning external materials, requesting quotes, generating purchase orders, monitoring and reminders with the aim of providing the required equipment on time and meeting the required quality criteria.
• Supervise the analysis of the needs for the acquisition of goods and services with its internal clients and produce the appropriate recommendations.
• Administer contracts and agreements for strategic projects, ensure compliance with them and intervene in the event of deviations; Maintain the database and ensure the follow-up and renewal of futures contracts under its conveniences.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of performance indicators for the strategic supply department.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and guidelines.
• Be constantly on the lookout for the best and new trends in procurement in terms of execution, process, supplier performance and others.
• Work in collaboration with different departments to identify and propose innovative solutions aimed at optimizing costs.
• Work closely with other members of the procurement team, suppliers, and internal customers.
• Ensure sustained communication and flawless execution.
• Maintain good relations.

Your profile :

• University degree relevant to the function or in supply chain management or logistics
• Experience related to supply management and team management
• Mastery of best practices in supply management
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability for analysis, research, and highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team while having strong abilities to work autonomously and independently.
• Highly developed sense of organization
• Ability to manage priorities and work on several files at the same time
• Ability to quickly identify, assess and solve problems
• Strong customer approach skills (internal & external)
• Excellent command of the MS Office suit
• Available to travel as needed
• Right to live and work in the UK
