Job Summary :

SSE Audio is recruiting a Sales Administrator, based at the Heywood office in Manchester. The purpose of this role is to assist the Sales and Systems Integration departments with the administration of their departments and the preparation of equipment for sale and/or installation.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for incoming calls and ensuring calls, messages and documents are allocated correctly to the appropriate individuals
• General assistance to Sales / Install managers in administration roles as and when required for Sales admin tasks
• Assist with equipment sales from start to finish, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, chasing leads, ensuring efficient fulfilment of orders and assisting with after sales support
• Be responsible for Spare Parts sales, processing orders from initial enquiry to despatch
• Assist with stock management using our asset-tracking software
• Supporting training events hosted at Solotech UK Group
• Processing purchase orders; entry, placement and progress to delivery
• Ensuring all visitors to the company are greeted appropriately and are offered / served refreshments. Responsible for informing appropriate staff members of the visitor’s arrival
• Create and implement an efficient goods in and out procedure

Your profile :

• Self-motivated, with initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
• Proven track record or experience in business administration
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Able to interact with people of all professional levels
• Education: educated to GCSE level with A-C or 4-9 in English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Professional Requirements: right to work and remain in the UK
