On the Solotech online store you will find used, high quality, professional audiovisual and entertainment technology equipment. Some of these in-demand products, now available at a reduced price, have been used during tours and projects of renowned artists.
What type of products can I find on the Solotech online store?
We currently offer a wide range of certified used products, available for purchase. Our used products inventory of industry-leading brands is replenished continuously. We will soon offer the option to rent used products directly from the online store, as well as the possibility to purchase or rent brand new items. Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter!

What is the condition of the used equipment sold on the Solotech online store?
Second-hand products are by definition used (in this case, often by some of the greatest performers today!). That’s why each product is unique as well as its condition. But rest assured, they are all inspected, certified and fully functional.
In addition, all products purchased from Solotech’s online store include a 90-day warranty after delivery and the option of returning your purchase within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. In the case of a return, a credit (purchase amount before taxes) will be applied to your account, applicable on any future purchases from the Solotech online store.

Where do you ship?
For the moment, we only ship within Canada. We are hoping to make the Solotech online store available to customers outside Canada shortly.
What are the shipping and handling fees related to online orders?
Shipping and handling fees will be calculated at the time of purchase and displayed at checkout. They vary based on the location of the delivery as well as the size and the weight of the product(s) ordered.
Which carrier will ship my order?
We currently offer Purolator ground shipping. We generally ship within 2 business days after the order verification. Some orders, such as oversized orders, may require extra preparation time before shipping.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found on both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you’ve created an account on Solotech’s online store, you can find it there as well in your order history.

Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
What is the return policy?
We offer you the opportunity to return the products purchased from the Solotech online store within 14 days, following the delivery. You will then receive a credit valid on future purchases made from the Solotech online store.
Please note that the return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense and that the returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received by the customer.
