TECHNICAL ADVISOR

Job Summary :

The purpose of this role is to help ensure the clean delivery of projects from inception to delivery. The role will involve working with the Senior Technical Advisors and Audio Coordinators and  liaising with the account handlers and project managers to create an accurate booking on the system. The role will involve preparing accurate information from the bookings and presenting this information in a detailed, clear and concise form to enable the warehouse and freelancers to build the job efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the build of key projects to ensure that the project is delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities :

  • •Assist the Senior Technical Advisors to analyse the requirement from Customer/ live production sales and identify deliverables in terms of Customer Requirement.
  • •Assist with the design of solutions, in line with organizational Product and Solution Guidelines.
  • •Own the responsibility of the Technical Solution and associated costs.
  • •Support the solution till customer acceptance and Service Delivery process. 
  • •Assist with the Compliance Process with structured review calls/ meetings with internal stakeholders like Operations, Legal and Finance
  • •Assist with the Solution Design Approval or Customer Bid Submissions to pre-defined and pre-agreed timescales
  • •Quality management of allocated solutions and bid proposals at both key submission points as well as through win/loss reviews
  • •Feedback into Technical team identifying where repeated bids for bespoke solutions could be converted into standardized products
  • •Booking and design upload for live production solution requirement.
  • •Assist with training of both staff and outside contractors.
