Technology working for modern education

SOLOTECH was called upon to integrate video projectors with motorized screens in over 20 classrooms in the Engineering and Computer Science building at Concordia University as well as installing a full video recording system in a large auditorium to allow for the streaming of classes over the internet.

École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) teaches the next generation of engineers. As part of the services offered to students, ÉTS has 70 lecture rooms equipped with multimedia projection systems and microcomputers all linked to the ÉTS network. SOLOTECH integrated these multimedia systems that are controlled via touch screen.

For the Montreal Conservatory, SOLOTECH supplied and installed various portable and fixed audio systems. Theatrical lighting systems, including lights and controllers, were supplied and installed in the live performance venues. In addition video and other audio-visual systems were set up in various classrooms and studios.

Most recently, the CEPSUM sports complex at the Université de Montréal called upon SOLOTECH to provide the audio system for their playing field.
